Check what Meetbot heard on a sales call, fix it, and only then let it change the deal in Bigin
For theStacc's sales reps, straight after a Google Meet call, mostly on their phone. The idea: the call note goes in on its own so nothing is lost, but anything that changes the deal waits for one tap, and every proposed value comes with the exact line it was heard in.
How it works
- The note goes in by itself. Two minutes after the call (15:44 for a 15:00 to 15:42 call) the summary, next step, objections and transcript link are added to the deal. They only add, never overwrite.
- One Telegram message lists every proposed change. In the example, 6 changes: 3 tasks, closing date, amount and stage. The 4 the bot is at least 0.80 sure of start ticked; stage never starts ticked.
- One tap when it is right. "Write the 4 ticked" writes only those; amount and stage stay waiting.
- The web page when something is off. Each change shows the Bigin value now, the proposed value, the caption line and its time. The rep spots that "24 thousand" was really "two forty thousand", plays 15:26 to 15:29 of the recording, and writes ₹2,40,000 instead.
- A last look before writing. The confirm step lists all 6 as before and after, marks the rep's own correction, and says what is not touched.
- Results, undo and retry. Activity shows 5 written and 1 task that failed because Bigin timed out; retry sends only that one. Any write can be undone for 7 days.
- No clear deal, or a missed call. If the invite matches 2 open deals the rep picks one before anything is drafted. If the bot waits in the lobby the rep is told during the call; afterwards the saved recording is transcribed and the rep adds notes for the part that was missed.

Still to decide
- Should tasks still be written automatically, as today? Recommended: no. Ask with them ticked; one tap clears them and prospect-owned tasks stop cluttering the rep's list.
- Should amount and closing date write on their own above 0.80? Recommended: no. Tick them by default instead; captions mis-hear numbers and these overwrite the forecast.
- What happens to changes nobody reviews? Recommended: remind 2 hours after the call and at 9:30 next working day, expire after 3 days. The note is already in.
- Who can confirm? Recommended: the deal owner, with the sales lead after 24 hours.
- How long is undo offered? Recommended: 7 days, and only while Bigin still holds the value Meetbot wrote.
- Transcribe the recording automatically when captions fail? Recommended: yes when the recording is over 5 minutes; the rep still reviews the draft.
