How Meetbot knows who is who
Telegram: each person links their own chat with a one-time link
from here. Buttons only work for the person a review belongs to.
Bigin: tasks go to the Bigin user picked in review. A teammate
named on a call ('Rohan will send...') is matched by first name.
Web: sign in with a thestacc.example Google account. Contractors
and partners cannot be added.
